Richard Connor – Co-Founder

Richard Connor began his career in temporary water with Water Direct. Over nearly five years, he progressed from Commercial Manager to Commercial Director.

After leaving Water Direct, Richard worked as a business consultant. He provided commercial and operational advice to a range of organisations, including a communications company and a national haulier and tank cleaning company.

In 2013, Richard joined Liquiline. He played a key role in developing the company’s services and leading its sales and marketing strategy. Within two years, Liquiline became a market leader. The business delivered water by tanker and bowser and installed temporary water systems for festivals, events, and clients across UK industry.

Richard left Liquiline in early 2022. He then co-founded Temporary Water Solutions with Phil Myers.

Phil Myers – Co-Founder

Phil Myers spent fifteen years in the Royal Engineers. During this time, he developed a wide range of practical skills and became a specialist in water supply.

He was deployed to multiple locations around the world. Phil and his team ensured clean water was available to British Army battlegroups on the frontline, as well as to refugees and personnel working in remote and challenging environments.

After leaving the Army, Phil joined Hunts Water, one of the UK’s largest temporary water providers at the time. He worked on major projects including Glastonbury Festival and Latitude Festival.

When Hunts Water was acquired by Liquiline in 2011, Phil became Operations Manager for the site plumbing division. Alongside Richard, he helped grow Liquiline into a market-leading temporary water company.
